White corundum WA

Chrome corundum pa
Pink. The hardness is close to that of white corundum, the toughness is slightly higher, and the durability is 20? Higher than that of white corundum?, In the same case, the surface roughness is also higher, the workpiece is not easy to burn and crack, and the shape of the grinding wheel remains good, which is suitable for forming grinding.

Similar to white corundum in appearance, it is suitable for grinding stainless steel, bearing steel and nodular iron, especially for heavy load grinding.
Single crystal corundum SA
Blue gray. Single crystal, strong cutting ability and low cutting heat. It is suitable for grinding hard grinding materials with high hardness and metal materials sensitive to high temperature. Such as high vanadium high speed steel, heat resistant alloy steel, stainless steel, etc.

High hardness, poor toughness and high price. It is used for metal and non-metallic hard and brittle materials with low iron content that are difficult to be processed by ordinary abrasive tools, such as cemented carbide, optical glass, agate gem, semiconductor materials, stone, etc. It is not easy to process metal materials with high iron content, otherwise diamond itself is easy to produce strong chemical reaction.
