1、 The dust-proof sheet metal at both ends of the worktable leaks oil. Generally, the surface grinder is not assembled carefully. The screws fixing the dust-proof sheet metal pierce both ends of the guide rail and leak oil directly from the guide rail. The solution is to wrap the screws of the surface grinder with adhesive tape and then put it in.

2、 If the oil quantity is adjusted too much, open the rear oil tank cover and use a slotted screwdriver to adjust the oil valve switch respectively. Turn it down clockwise and turn it up conversely. Generally, the oil quantity is controlled by locking it clockwise and then turning it loose by 1 / 4. The oil groove on the wear-resistant plate of the guide rail surface grinder is not opened well, it is too shallow or not opened to the position, and the oil can not escape from the side, so it should be opened in place again; The oil hole is blocked and the oil is forced out of the guide rail. The blocked oil hole is generally caused by the oil being too sticky or dirty. Replace the oil type or clean the lower oil circuit. If it is an old surface grinder, the guide rail is generally too dirty and the oil circuit is blocked. Clean and change the oil.

3、 The front and rear screw rods leak oil. If the new surface grinder leaks oil, the front and rear telescopic sheaths of the screw rod are generally not installed properly, the screws at both ends are not locked or the sealant is not played well. If the old surface grinder is used, the screw rod sheath shall be replaced and the sealant shall be applied again.
